An Unlikely Rebel

Perfectionism.

It's a familiar foe, isn't it? That relentless voice whispering that you're never good enough. 

For over 15 years, I was stuck in action-mode in high-pressure environments, from war zones to boardrooms.  Even when I transitioned to working for myself, I found myself stuck in a cycle of "hustle burnout" –  doubling down on the very strategies that were holding me back because they were the only way I knew.

I found a way to rebel. 

Not against the external world, but against the internalized oppression of perfectionism itself.  Through my personal and then professional journey into somatic coaching, cyclical living, and authentic relating, I discovered a path to authenticity and a sustainable of working that didn’t diminish my dreams.

  • Unravel the layers of perfectionism and discover a more authentic way of being in the world.

  • Learn to manage your energy and emotions to create sustainable rhythms for work and life.

  • Develop the courage and vulnerability to connect with yourself and others on a deeper level.

  • Navigate the uncertainty of life with grace and confidence.

A Glimpse Into My World

I'm not all coaching and client calls!  

These days, you'll find me at ecstatic dance, trying to stay fit as perimenopause looms, or immersing myself in learning about the poly-crisis our world is facing, from social inequalities and oppressive systems to ecological collapse and climate change ahead of a second master’s degree in the Anthropology of Global Futures and Sustainability in 2025.

I'm also the author of two books. Enough: An Imperfect Antidote to Perfectionism is a resource to help you loosen the grip of perfectionism. As You Are (Self-Improvement Not Required) is a compassionate yet no-nonsense guide for recovering perfectionists wanting to be more of themselves in a world obsessed with self-optimisation.
