My Training + Qualifications

In an unregulated industry, I believe qualifications and continuing professional development matter.

These are the certifications I hold.

Menstruality Mentor, Red School (2022)
Certified Authentic Relating Facilitator, Authentic Relating International (2022)

ICF-Certified Wellbeing + Emotional Intelligence Coach, The Coach Training Academy (2018)
Mental Health First Aider (2018)
Yoga Teacher RYT 200, YogaCampus (2017)
Level 6 Diploma in Leadership & Management (2014)

I also have an MA in War Studies from King’s College London and a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Manchester.

In addition to formal training, I regularly participate in Coaching Supervision as well as engaging in coaching and therapy to support me in upholding high standards in my practice. I undertake informal continuing education and I proactively seek and respond to feedback from my clients about our coaching dynamic.

My Teachers

There’s no such thing as an original idea and my work is no different. I have been fortunate to study with and learn from some incredible teachers, who have influenced my approach and I would like to credit them here.

My embodiment teachers and mentors Mark Walsh, Rachel Blackman, Karin van Maanen, and the Embodied Facilitator Course community.

My authentic relating teachers Ryel Kestano, Jason Digges, Rick Smith and the rest of the team at ART International.

My coaches and mentors Danielle North, Laurence Cahill and Carlos Saba at The Happy Start-Up School, Lana Jelenjev, Caroline Leon, George Kao and Tad Hargrave, all of whom have helped me learn ways of building a business that don’t feel icky or incongruent

The wonderful faculty at YogaCampus and my yin yoga teacher, Norman Blair.

My menstruality teachers Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlizter of Red School. I also learned a huge amount about cyclical living from Dan Pink and Alisa Vitti.

I’m currently loving learning more about Joanna Macy’s The Work That Reconnects.

I’ve been influenced by the work of Irene Lyon, Ginny Whitelaw, Paul Linden, Richard Strozzi-Heckler, Philip Shepherd, Lisa Feldman Barrett, Amanda Blake, Susan David, Brene Brown, Elizabeth Gilbert, Steven Covey, James Hollis, Claire Baker, Daniel Goleman, David Treleaven, Chris Johnstone and so many more.
